Guarantee: All locksmith services and parts installed by Faber Lock Work are covered by a 60-day guarantee from the date of service. If any issue arises with the workmanship or parts provided, we will return to resolve it at no additional charge.
Scope: This guarantee covers defects in workmanship and manufacturer defects in parts supplied by Faber Lock Work. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Estimates: A written estimate will be provided before any work begins. The final price will not exceed the estimate unless additional work is authorized by the customer in advance.
Emergency Rates: Emergency service rates apply for all work performed after 5:00 PM on weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday. Emergency rates will be disclosed before any work is performed.
Parking Fees: For jobs located in Seattle or in areas where parking is metered or charged, a parking fee will be added to the service total. This fee will be communicated at the time of scheduling.
Liability: Faber Lock Work is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions of locks, doors, or frames.
Cancellation: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 2 hours’ notice at no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service call fee.
